Itinerary 7 days Ionian coast by yacht

First Day. It will be an opportunity for a brief briefing on everything related to safety on board: few rules but necessary to make your holiday a Top Level holiday without sacrifices. On the first evening we have dinner on board in the marina. This is an opportunity to become familiar with the cabin crew, your point of reference throughout the week, those who will take care of you to meet your expectations.

On the second day we enter the heart of the holiday, after being lulled by the sea we wake up early in the morning and enjoy a rich breakfast on board and then head towards Taormina. Beautiful scenery: the Isola Bella, the Blue Grotto and the various dream bays, frame the deep blue sea.

We will moor in the harbor south or north of Taormina for lunch. It will be possible to organize a visit to the historic center of Taormina, reachable by cable car

Third day we head south, towards Aci Trezza. Along the navigation we will skirt the Timpa, Capomulini and the stacks of the Cyclops, the famous stones thrown by the Cyclops Polyphemus against Ulysses on the run.

Aci Trezza is a small fishing village. Here Giovanni Verga had the opportunity to narrate in the novel I Malavoglia the life of the fishermen of Aci Trezza.

Fourth day, after breakfast we continue towards Syracuse passing by the bay of Brucoli. Late afternoon arrival in Ortigia in Syracuse. We recommend a visit to the island, a characteristic historic center of Syracuse where you can perceive centuries of history, as well as art and culture. Walking through the streets of Ortigia, gardens, squares, baroque palaces and the splendid Fonte Aretusa are the real protagonists of the city.

Do not miss the view of the majestic Cathedral of Syracuse, once the temple dedicated to Athena, one of the most beautiful examples of Sicilian Baroque. Certainly there are so many things to see, based on your requests we will organize an ad hoc tour to meet your expectations.
